RETURN POLICY: Returns are possible. Buyer pays for shipping back to Thailand. NO refunds for customers lack of knowledge, unless you can prove in writing from an authorized dealer that the item is not as described. Buyers remorse is not an acceptable reason for returns. Please make sure your mailing address is up to date so items can arrive promptly and safely. If incorrect address is given there will be no refund.
SHIPPING: All items are shipped Recorded Delivery via the Thailand Post Office. Because the items are sent Recorded Delivery the items can be tracked sing the Thailand Post Office Website. We will issue you a tracking number for your piece of mind.
